If Singing Princess Company decides to change these Terms and Conditions, a new version will be loaded onto this page and the date amended. Any changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be effective upon the posting of the revisions.

Waiver For Princess Services

I (the “Client”), on behalf of myself, owners and the parent/legal guardian of the child, knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown, including those that may arise out of the negligence of other participants; and, I, for myself and the parent/legal guardian of the child, and our respective heirs, assigns, administrators, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless, Singing Princess Company, their affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, members, agents, employees, other participants, and sponsoring agencies from and against any and all claims, injuries, liabilities or damages arising out of or related to our participation in any and all Singing Princess Company activities, parties, and/or events.

Singing Princess Company will not confirm your booking until your deposit is paid in full, and reserve the right to withhold services if the full balance has not been paid prior to the event date. 

 

We reserve the right to change the allocated performer for any party or event as all of our entertainers are professionally trained and we cannot guarantee the availability of any one particular performer.

Singing Princess Company will process your confidential information for venue and booking confirmation purposes only

and this information will be stored securely.

Singing Princess Company does not intend to violate any copyright laws. Our characters are not name brand copyrighted characters. Our characters are based on fairytale stories and we only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we do not represent any licensed character. Any similarities are unintentional and we are not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or it's Partners in any way.

Singing Princess Company are based in Coventry, the Midlands, covering the whole of the UK for parties, and are international entertainment providers for all events and corporate services.

All deposits are non-refundable, rescheduling & refunds will be considered at the discretion of Singing Princess Company.

If you are no longer able to hold your event on the booked date, we will do our best to reschedule your party to an alternative date, however we cannot guarantee availability. If you change the venue/location of your party after your booking has been confirmed, we reserve the right to withdraw our services, with no refund of any fees paid.
